Bigby
Bigby is a German Shepherd rescue from the Toronto Humane Society. She is one and a half and was just adopted by MC and Kelly Bennett. She joins her new Eskie brother Bandit and the whole Roncesvalles pack as a friendly, exuberant, but very trainable pup!

2018 Annual Customer Letter
One of the best things about being an independent company, is we don't have shareholders or investors who we need to do everything for. While most companies will publish a letter to their shareholders we decided to do a letter to our most important stakeholders, our customers.
